2024 Holiday Bake-off
Who: All of Pack 529 and their families
When: Monday, December 16, 2024 from 6:45pm to 8pm
Arrival Time: Indoor Committee & Volunteers: Please arrive at 6:15pm to facilitate set-up.
The rest of the Pack: Arrive promptly at 6:45pm to submit your entries for judging.
Where: Neighborhood Alliance Church
Attire: Wear Class A uniforms
Event Highlight: Enter your homemade holiday treats for a chance to win a prize!
Bake-off Rules
Scouts need to be heavily involved in the creation of the bake-off goodies; parents/guardians are assistants. This is not a solo parent/guardian project.
The following ingredients cannot be included or used at all: no nuts whatsoever, this includes nuts, nut flours, coconuts, etc.
All items need to be homemade; no store bought items can be entered into the bake-off.
Pre-baked goodies cannot be used as ingredients or as the basis of your entry.
No foul play. This is a good, clean, fun, and friendly competition.
Competition Categories
Entries into the holiday bake-off will be submitted for judging. Scouts who enter will be eligible to be judged for possible awards.
The award categories are:
Best Scout themed
Best Holiday themed
Best Tasting
Most Unique
