Pack 529 resumes regular meetings on Mon. 8/17/26!
All Scouts are required to have Health Forms Parts A & B completed annually. These forms are required for participation in Scouting activities. The Annual Health and Medical Record (AHMR) serves many purposes. Completing a health history promotes health and awareness, communicates health status, and provides medical professionals critical information needed to treat a patient in the event of an illness or injury. It also provides emergency contact information.
Please complete and submit both a paper copy and an electronic copy of your Scout's completed forms to our Committee Chair, Samantha Langford. Drop paper copies off in person, and email the electronic copy to her at committeechair@pack529.us. The paper copy will be kept on-site with an adult leader during activities and campouts, and the electronic record will be saved as a backup for the year.
Our Pack has Bylaws that govern how the Pack operates. Each family is asked to confirm that they have received access to the current Bylaws, which are available on the Pack 529 Resources page. Please complete and return only the attestation page; you do not need to print or submit the entire Bylaws document. This attestation only needs to be completed once for the current version of the Bylaws. A new attestation will only be required if the Bylaws are updated.
Cub Scout Pack 529 documents Pack activities through photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and other media to celebrate our Scouts, recognize volunteers, preserve Pack history, recruit new families, and promote the Cub Scouting program. This form allows a parent or legal guardian to choose a Public Media Use Preference regarding whether the Pack may use their Scout's recognizable image, voice, or likeness in public-facing media. It is separate from all Scouting America registration, medical, and consent forms. This is an annual form.
The Scouting program often involves activities which involve food or food items.
Given this, Pack 529 needs all families to complete the Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions form annually and/or if there are any changes.
