FAQs
Can multiple users share an account? How do I toggle between multiple Scout accounts?
There should be one account per Scout, so adults connected to the Scout will need to share login information. If you have multiple Scouts, you can toggle back-and-forth between their Scout accounts within the app. More details on these steps here: Can multiple users share an account? : Trail's End - Support (trails-end.com)
How do I connect the Square bluetooth reader?
Pack 529 will provide a Square bluetooth reader for storefront sales. Only one parent/adult partner needs to have it set up on their phone to process orders on behalf of the Scouts working the shift. All Scouts who work the shift will receive equal credit for the sales made during their shift, no matter which adult processes the order or under which Scout's account. To connect the Bluetooth reader, check out the step-by-step guide here: How do we connect a Bluetooth Square reader? : Trail's End - Support (trails-end.com)
Why do I have a negative retail inventory?
Product Inventory:
If a product order is marked as "delivered" in the wagon sale, yet no product has been assigned to your Scout, it will appear as a negative inventory. If you did not deliver product, please go into that sale's detail and click/tap the truck icon and toggle it to "undelivered." Once you have product on-hand and deliver the order to the recipient, you may click/tap the truck to change mark it as "delivered."
Heroes & Helpers:
Trails End is doing something new this year, where they auto-order our Heroes & Helpers products based on the donations. Unfortunately, they have decided to mark this as a "negative inventory" until they process those orders nightly. Any negative inventory associated with Heroes & Helpers donations within your Scout's account can be ignored as it will be resolved automatically.
